Author of two self published books: "What's on Your Mind? - Diary of an Esteemed Woman" and "Moving Out Of The Crowd", both of which can be found on Amazon.com in both Paperback and Kindle versions. Personally, I strive to be like an eagle soaring above the smallness of the life I once knew. I believe that hard work and determination always produces greatness. Lately, I seek to live by Colossians 1:16, since truthfully this life is not about me at all, but the purpose for which God Himself created me. "Everything starts in Him and finds itself in Him" As a Youth Development Professional for more than 20 years, my expertise in the field has allowed me to impact many a life throughout that time. This impact goes beyond the young; since, over time various duties of my job demanded that I worked with adults, working professionals in Leadership Development, Conflict Management, Team Dynamics and the likes. Music is very much part of my journey, so I have also been a Praise and Worship Minister, and a Youth Choir Director for more than eight years, a traditional drummer of the (Tabou Bele), and have written a number of gospel songs over the years. During my tenure as Youth Choir Director, we produced a Gospel Musical Album, which I think in today's standards could have been much better. Who knows, maybe better will come by soon enough. My desire is to build self first, and then others, for I believe no one can give that which he or she lacks.
